![]() I work in insurance and part of my job is doing reviews that require us to check certain data is filled as well as adding cause and reserve amounts and at the end we have to specify actions taken and what actions need to be taken on next review. What I would like to do is create a form that where a response can be selected and it auto fills the report that needs to be created. What would be the best program to use to do this and what resources would be useful in learning how to do this? Thank you in advance |

The answer depends on who is going to complete the form and how do they access it. Is the user inputs collected in a browser-based form or can it be in an office application?
