Default Folders in bold?

I switched from Outlook 2010 to 21 a few days ago and have only just discovered I have missed dozens of emails as the folder names didn't go bold.

Can I make them go bold when an email goes into them?

You can see the number in bold of unread emails beside the folder name, that's all.
