Can't help you but I suggest you edit your profile to show that you are running 'Office 365'. It is currently showing 'Office 2007'.

Good luck and I hope some expert will help you.

PMH is on a distinguished road
Default Problem went away by itself . . . no expalanation

Took laptop to Club a few days ago & tried various Office programs. I could read, edit, save . . . . all with no problem; same with monthly meeting a couple days later. No issues whatever opening & editing files. Curious. Cannot seem to edit profile to show MS 365 instead of 2007.
