One day I was using Office 2013, no problems. The next day, after I started my computer, Office had disappeared. I clicked on an icon to open a particular Word document: no response. I tried it with other documents: no response. I clicked on the Word icon. No response. I tried to start other Office programs. Finally, I went to the program files and, under Office 15, all the the exe files for Office were just not there. Yes, I am sure that I didn't delete the files.
When I try to reinstall Office, it says that it can't start Office, effectively denying me the possibility of reinstalling. I have also tried to uninstall Office, but I have the same problem: It says it can't start the program. Thanks for your help. Cheers, Bill |

So you can see Office 2013 in the installed programs listing but you can't uninstall it. Is that correct?
If so try using 'Option 2', the uninstall support tool. See Uninstall Office from a PC |
