Default Transferring keyboard shortcuts

I'm sure this is one of those easy-when-you-know-how things, but:
I have an office computer and a studio computer, both running identical versions of Windows 7 Ultimate and identical versions of Microsoft Office. Except: the office computer has been used more often than the studio computer recently, and I've built up a number of keyboard shortcuts within MS Office ( being more of a keyboard-shortcut-user than a mouse user ). Is there a simple way to transfer these shortcuts to the other computer, for example, a file or files that can be copied from one machine to the other relatively easily?
Any help gratefully accepted.

Thank you.

This is a bit of "free thinking" advice rather than a guaranteed solution and people might need to correct me here, but the shortcuts probably live in a couple of different spots. If they are shortcuts to styles, they'll probably be part of your Normal template, so copying the Normal template from one to the other would bring those over (along with anything else that lives there, such as colour palettes). Then for interface shortcuts, macro shortcuts etc they could be part of your Word customisations, so "File > Options > Customise ribbon > Import/Export > Export all customisations" will export all those (but also any other preference changes you've made, ribbon customisations, Quick access toolbar changes etc). You can then import that file.

WordUser789, thank you very much for your help. I've transferred the Normal template and that's all gone as hoped. I've exported the customisations successfully but can't find any way to import them on the other computer ( although they're both 2007, the 'file' dropdown menu is different ). Once again, I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Any thoughts?

Hmmm, I'm not sure: I'm on the latest version of Word and the option to import the customisations is in the same dropdown as export, so I can't help you there! I've just recently moved to a new company and new computer and some of my shortcut keys for various things didn't come through with the method I've outlined above anyway, so there might be something I'm missing. I've just started redoing them as I encounter them!

I would be half-tempted to do the same, but I'm very much a keyboard guy rather than a mouse guy, and there are a lot of shortcuts ...!
I'll double-check which version of MS Office is on which computer, just in case; other than that, any other suggestions gratefully received.

... oops ...
I have to hold my hands up and say sorry to everyone. They're not both the same version. My office computer is running Word 2010 whereas my studio computer is running Word 2007. Given the dearth of answers even when I thought both versions were the same, I'm guessing the answer to this question will be 'no'; but, does anyone, by any chance, know of any way to transfer keyboard shortcuts from Word 2010 to Word 2007 ...?
