I can't sign in to my personal Office online account

I used to be able to sign in to my work Office 365 account and my personal Office freebie account from my home PC running Windows 10. Now when I try to sign in to my personal account I see the following:

What's going on?

Well, I don't know what happened but I am now able to log in to my freebie Office account from my laptop.
