I have office 2019. On 3 computers. I have THREE licenses and three of those 25 character activation sets. And they're MARKED so I know which one goes on which computer... But I NEVER got to enter anything.





It has been working fine on all 3 computers for over 2 YEARS........


Recently, I had to reinstall Windows 10 on one of the laptops. Tried to put Office 2019 on today. It downloaded, and it wants to activate but says it can't over the Internet.
I tried the manual activation and the Installation ID is different than what the boxes want on the screen. I have 9 groups of 7 digits each, and the boxes only hold 6 digits.
So, I called and the idiotic robot forced me to put in all the numbers, then came back and said it doesn't match.


And provided NO WAY to reach a human.


The old system of having to put a 25 character thing was ridiculous but this 60+ character garbage is insane.


HOW do I get this miserable POS to work on this laptop?
