Default More than one person using single 365 account

Hi, I currently use Office 2013 on Windows 10.
I have a Windows user account for myself and a user account for my missus where she is able to use the Office applications (specifically Outlook) for her own stuff.
If I upgrade to 365 will I have to buy the Family plan to allow her to continue doing this or will I be OK with the Personal plan?
Second query, are all of the 365 main applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP, etc) installed onto my machine or are they accessed online?
