We are trying to upload a Word Document created in MS Word 2019 (Office Home & Business 2019) into an application and the application requires a Content Type in the Document Properties >>Details Tab - Content - Content Type is blank. This does not happen with Word 2016 as the content type is completed.
We are also trying to upload a Word Document created in MS Excel 2019 (Office Home & Business 2019) into an application and the application requires a Content Type in the Document Properties >>Details Tab - Content - Content Type is blank. This does not happen with Excel 2016 (Office 2016 Standard) as the content type is completed. Any suggestions? |

jkokernak: Kindly don't start multiple discussions on essentially the same topic. I've merged your posts and, since your issues involve both Word and Excel, I've also moved the discussion to the 'Office' forum.

Charles, No this is not using Sharepoint but a government owned custom application. Not sure if this is a "feature" of Office Home & Business since the Office Standard seems to work.
