Hi,

In my provious compny we used Smartsheet for construction project punch/incpection list. We used Forms to insert new items to list with pictures from site with mobile. In my current company we do not have Smartsheet and corporate policy won´t accept the installation.



Is there a way of doing something similar with MS Office apps?

Requirements:
- Complete list of items with description, date of discovery, date of close-out, picture, responsible, picture
- Simple platform for mobile to insert new items to list automatically
- Sorting, closing and modifying can be done in master file

Might be better to look for alternative solution but want to turn this stone first.

From reading this PC-Mag Review it seems the nearest MS equivalent would be MS Project - but even that's not available as a mobile app.
