I recently purchased a new computer and office for business and entered the product key with my work email. my email is through godaddy and attached to a microsoft basic account on there. now when I try to download office it says email does not exist. i am able to login to my email through godaddy and when I look at licenses it says basic only and I am not sure what my product key is attached to. I cannot find my subscription. I received an email when I installed it but when I click the link it gives me an error.
