Default Upgrading from 32 bit to 64 bit version

I understand that to install the 64 Bit version of office 2019 I first need to uninstall the 32 Bit version. I am wondering if by doing that I will strip all the previously configured settings and outlook email accounts, or if they will be retained for the new install.

Thanks

hip
