Question Which Microsoft Office branch allows you to manually pick components to install?

The standard retail installer (of Office 2016, at least) just installs everything by default (or, at least, what they think should be installed).

However, I know there's a branch or version that uses the "classic" installer, enabling you to choose the components that are installed.

I can't remember what branch it is? LTSB? VL? Enterprise?
