The standard retail installer (of Office 2016, at least) just installs everything by default (or, at least, what they think should be installed).
However, I know there's a branch or version that uses the "classic" installer, enabling you to choose the components that are installed. I can't remember what branch it is? LTSB? VL? Enterprise? |
