Installing Office 2019 Locally?
I"m sure this has been hit before, but my searches in here didn't find anything. I need to install Office 2019 on several computers here at home. I have all the license keys, and have been able to install on the first system. But, it would be a lot faster and easier if I could just download Office once and have the installation file locally rather than having it downloaded EVERY time I put it on a different system... And it would be a LOT more convenient if it was local if I need to repair or re-install it. Is there a reasonably simple way to download Office 2019 so I have it locally rather than relying on having to wait for a half-hour download every time? |

I'm not sure what that link does when you click it, but for me it just takes me the same place I've been.
I can't find anyplace in there where I can download an actual file I can store on a disk, and use to install Office 2019, where it'll ask for a Key and let me customize what's installed. Does this capability no longer exist? |

That link allows you to download an installable image. It says so, right on the linked page!

I agree... I may be having an exceptionally dumb day, but here's the snip of the page the link takes me to. And yes, it SAYS "Download".
Unfortunately, for me, following that link takes me to a page where I have to log in, then provide a product key, and THEN - it will download the same very small executable file that you then RUN to "download office". Except there is NO download, just an Office installed. Which means that for every machine Office goes on, you have a humongous, time consuming download. Which is what I was hoping to avoid. If there's a way on that page to just download the Office 2019 file so I can install it on a system locally, and enter the product key like it's worked in the past, I'm not seeing it. |

I haven't seen any response to downloading an Office 2019 file to install locally since my last reply... Presuming I'm at the right URL, where on the screen I snipped is the place where I can download the actual Office 2019 file so it doesn't have to be downloaded for EVERY system I install it on?
