![]() I had Office Pro 2010 installed and working fine. I had to do a repair of Windows 10 Pro. Now when I use Office 2010 it says it is an unlicensed copy. I tried adding the key via file>help>change product. It goes through the process and looks like it is taking the key. When I close it and reopen I see the same problem. Is my only option to remove and re-install the program? Last edited by chzuck; 09-27-2019 at 11:21 AM. |

Forget this post, I am re-installing.
Reinstalling did not work. Need help. I attached a snip of the error window. When I purchased the software I was told it was licensed for 2 PCs. This is the second PC I installed it on and I think this problem only appeared since I did a repair install of Windows 10 Pro. Last edited by chzuck; 09-27-2019 at 04:23 PM. |
