Solution to Vision 2019 install battles
In case anyone else encounters this problem, there is a solution.
Basically, follow the instructions in Install Visio - Office Support Use the same login/password as for azureforeducation.microsoft.com Use the product key you got from azureforeducation.microsoft.com You download an executable of about 5.7MB. Running downloads and install Visio Pro 2019!
