Onetime Office 2016 pro being wiped out
I have Onetime Office 2016 pro on my laptop for some reason it shows office 2019 student as and upgrade (I think I bought that for my sister) When I update Office on my laptop it wipes out access to Access 2016 which I use and installs the 2019 student I turned off option to update Office (uninstall student 2019 and reinstall 2016 pro) Is there a fix for this mess (I can't get rid of the 2019 student option)? I would suggest speak to you computer manufacturer if you got the 2016 pro from them or else MS will be the best option, just tell them that you are not able to upgrade your Student version after OSRI.
