Hi guy's
we have a Citrix environment with Server 2016 and Office 2016 installed on it. As an administrator on the terminalserver i can open Word 2016 and click F1 to receive the help window with the help. For the users i receive the following message, when i click on F1: Help is only available online You aren’t connected to the Internet. Check your connection and try searching again. Does anybody know, how i can allow that for the users as well in a GPO? Many thanks for any help. Best regards, Marc |
