Question Licensing in Microsoft Office

I bought Microsoft Office Ultimate 2010 through the "Ultimate Steal" education discount. I was wondering what the licensing is like. I want to install it on my desktop and my laptop, but then what if I get a new desktop or restore my laptop? is there anyway to deactivate before reinstalling the package so I don't waste a license or something?

I'm using Windows 7 Pro on a bootcamped Macbook Air and an old Dell XPS 710 still running Windows XP Pro.
