Set up a sample and try it. I wouldn't link to Excel though. PowerPoint 2007 uses the Excel charting engine (when you insert a chart in PowerPoint, it launches an Excel worksheet.) This way there will be no having to "update links". This should be much better in my opinion.
PowerPoint 2007 does have a dual monitor option, allowing the speaker to have a screen that is different from the one the audience sees. |
