Default Tablet Suite

I work for a large organisation. I use my personal laptop using Outlook and OneNote and Teams.

I have downloaded word, PowerPoint and Excel on the tablet however get an error message saying the organisation doesn't have a subscription to be able to edit the document.

I have another subscription with a different organisation however get the same error. Neither subscription will be able to be changed and I'm guessing it's that they don't pay enough for the tablet version.

My question is if I purchase suite for my tablet will I be able to download attachments from emails, teams or one note and edit them on the tablet?

Also if anyone knows how to make outlook forward emails to one note? I do it and get an error saying I need to open one note first time. Seems like a relatively common problem. I have done all the troubleshooting online with no luck
