Default Office 2013 license transferable?

looking to upgrade my old-skool office for a ribbon based office.... 2013 seems to tick a lot of boxes without being too bloated...

one thing not sure about... can I sell my transfer my copy in the future or sell it? been seeing conflicting reports on net from ms.

Check the EULA for whichever variant of Office 2013 you have.

You can also check the licensing terms on Microsoft's website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/useterms

Unlikely. They are often OEM versions that cannot legally be transferred to another PC. The scammers try to get around this by including some obscure piece of hardware so they can claim its still being used with the original hardware.

Or they could be pirated copies, whose product key MS may invalidate at any time.
