Default How to get rid of MS End User License Agreement box

Hi

I have two questions if anyone could help with them it would be appreciated.

I recently had to re-install Microsoft office Pro 2003 (yes, I,m still on it) I have re-registered it with Microsoft but every time I start up Word or Excel or Powerpoint etc and annoying window pops up asking me to accept the Microsoft end users license agreement. I can't find anywhere to cancel this out.

How do I turn this off, it's getting very annoying.

Secondly, in Outlook, I used to have it set up so that when I opened it, it automatically searched for any new incoming emails. Now I have to click on ""send/ receive"" and then click on "send/receive all" in the sub menu.

How can I overcome this so that OUTLOOK once again searches automatically when I open it.

Any help appreciated. Thanks
