Old PC broke-How to get back my legal version of Office for new PC
I apologise if this is not the correct place to post. I lost my copy of MS Office 2010 when my computer died earlier this week. I never did have the original disc as I had to download it at the time. I now have a new computer but have no idea how to obtain my legitimate copy of Office again, or where to g,o or who to ask? I do have my original email with confirmation of my purchase order, and it also contains my Product Keys, but I don't have the software, which I need to install on my new computer. I'd be grateful for any guidance/advice on where to go to download my original copy.
Thank you for any help. Regards, Swappi |

Contact the vendor you originally purchased the software from or check if there is a web address on the email confirmation which points you where to download the software.
Otherwise try https://products.office.com/en-au/do...ucts?tab=ForPC |

Since you have the Product Key, all you need do is download a backup copy from:
https://products.office.com/en-us/do...726b&tab=ForPC There is no need to contact the vendor (and unlikely to be any benefit in doing so).
