Default Wanting to create a personal journal/blog/diary

So I want to create a blog that only I can view, locally or on the internet. I prefer locally though.
I want to be able to come and add random entries and just write some scribble down about some stuff.

Now I've looked at OneNote and it actually looks perfect. Organised and all that; there is a problem though. I want it so that every new "page" automatically has the current date put in at the top, and when I save it, it saves that date.

So for example if I put an entry on the 4th may, it was say 4th May 2010. And then I go to put another entry on the 7th, I want THAT page to say 7th May 2010, and so on.

Can anyone help me out here? Thanks :P.

Hi there,

OneNote is a great way to keep track of the dates you have written each blog entry. You can insert a date and time on each new page:

  • On the Insert menu, click Date and Time.
  • To insert the current date and time, press ALT+SHIFT+F.
I hope this helps!
