Can't activate Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Business
I would like to move Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Business from old laptop to the new one. Unfortunately I lost my box with product key and I don't remember which MS account I used to activation this copy of Office. I called to Microsoft, they can not help me because I lost two main things - key and MS account. I have only working laptop with activated this copy of Office. I tried pull out this key from my Windows 7 x86 by popular software dedicated to this like Belarc Advisor etc. but without success. I read that Office 2013 does not store the entire key on the disk, only the last 5 characters, but this not resolve my problem. Is there any way to capture the key or move this activeted copy of Office to the new laptop? In Poland we need to pay very high prices for the MS Office - is there any method to recover the key? |

If you start up the old PC and go to www.office.com/setup, that should reveal the MS account used to activate Office on that PC. You might then try the process described by swvonholzen at https://community.spiceworks.com/top...uct-key?page=2 to retrieve the product key.
