Default The latest version of Office approved by your system admin is installed on your computer.

As shown above, I am trying to roll back my current version of Microsoft Office to an earlier version.

This process is discussed here: https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/20...013-click-run/
and documented here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/...6-click-to-run

But this error about needing a system admin is confusing me. I am the system admin for my computer, but I need to know which setting to change, or what to modify to get this error out of my way.

It's not an error; neither is it telling you anything 'about needing a system admin'. It merely states the obvious - your computer's system admin (you) have the latest version installed (presumably meaning 16.0.6366.2062). To confirm, open any Office application and click on File|Help.
