Colour missing on screen but prints ok
When I fill a space with colour, it stays white on the screen but when printed the document has the desired colour. This happens with Word, Excel cells and Powerpoint I cannot colour text on screen but it prints the correct colour. Last edited by Dcremin; 10-02-2016 at 12:00 PM. |

The problem may be caused by a faulty display driver, print driver and/or Office installation. Check your display driver & print driver makers' websites for updated drivers and install them, if available; otherwise try uninstalling & reinstalling the current ones. Try repairing the Office installation (via Start > Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair).
