Exclamation NEED Extremely special help in MS Office

I want to convert this format:

of top of the range|of top-end|of high-end
many years yet to come|many years to come|many future years
it's not that i am|i'm really not|i am not
is in a similar fashion|is similarly|is in a similar way
is in a position to|is able to
if this is the case|if so|if that is so
i will be able to|i can|i will

into cells that can be used in excel! I want every phrase after the "|" separator, to come inside an individual cell and I want the "|" separator removed! Getting what I mean?

It's a kind of a converting this, into a table (but not e regular table, where only each word is separated... but rather a table, where each PHRASE (some phrases contain 3-4 words) is in a separate cell!!!!

hxxp : / /www (dot) freeimagehosting (dot) net / image (dot) php?fd2cda29f2 (dot) jpg

I need to use it as Excel cells, so I can swap the phrases! I'm making a custom-built article rewrite software...

So...

How can this be done??

AUTOMATICALLY!!!!! Maybe a macro? A special code... or a function???

How would that happen and through what Ms Office Application...

Or perhaps Ms Visual Studio, or something else??

Please, help me! I NEED your HELP!!!

PLEASE!

Thanks

Maybe it's like a kid game for the one who knows how this can happen, but for me... it's IMPOSSIBLE!!!

In Excel 2003, use "Data > Text to Columns..."

You can identify which character to use as the column separator.

Cheers,
