Error after installing MS Office 365

Hi guys,

I have a PC with x64 Windows 7 Enterprise.

After I installed MS Office 365 I get the error every time I login after restarting the PC. I tried to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 but it's not installing.

As a result of this error, the Skype for Business is not starting.

Could you please give an advice as to how to solve this issue.
