Default installing language pack office 2016 problem

i have on my desktop office 2016 professional plus.
everything works fine.
when I'm trying to install a language pack ( Hebrew) i get this error massage
https://support.office.com/en-us/art...rs=en-US&ad=US

the strange thing is when i check , according to the guide, which version is my office installation , it is not click to run but the other one (mci).

don't know if it has something to do with but i did a custom installation of the office,
didn't install the one drive option.

I'll appreciate help for this.

edit:
checked and my office is not 365

According to the error message, you have a stand-alone copy of Office 2013 installed and you're trying to install software designed for the subscription version. Apparently that means there are different versions of the Language Pack and you're trying to install the wrong one.

please read this at the top of the error massage.
"APPLIES TO: Excel 2016 , Word 2016 , Outlook 2016 , PowerPoint 2016 , OneNote 2016 ,"
its a standard massage for this error
my installation is office 2016 and believe me i tried all of the language package versions.

The page as a whole may apply to multiple versions, but the error message particularizes it, saying:
Quote:
Were' sorry, Office Click-to-Run installer encountered a problem
because you have these Windows Installer based programs
installed on your computer:
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013

Well how about reading what the message says and acting accordingly - install the correct Language Pack for your Office version.

how about reading what i wrote that i tried to install every possible pack?
i you read carefully the error massage it talking about two kinds of installers click to run and some kind of windows installer.
the problem probably lies there.
as i said , my check shows that my office is not click to run so i cant understand it .

And the error message explicitly says you're trying to install Click-to-Run software on an installation that has a Windows Installer based program. Nowhere have I (or the error message) suggested you have a Click-to-Run installation of Office. Not only that, the error message indicates you have Office 2013 installed, not just 2016 (if indeed you have that installed). If you have - or have had - Office 2013 installed, that may be behind your problems. If so, you may need to install the Office 2013 version of the Language Pack. Failing that, you might try repairing the Office installation (via Start > Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair), then seeing how you go.

i tried all this ( including the repair procedure) and several versions of language pocks.
i didn't have any 2013 installed ( cleaned everything perfectly before installing 2016) .
it's a standard massage foe 2013 and 2016.
you can see it says:
"APPLIES TO: Excel 2016 , Word 2016 , Outlook 2016 , PowerPoint 2016 , OneNote 2016 , "
to my opinion it's a shame that Microsoft publish several versions of installation and does not make them compatible one with each other.

anyway i switched to office 2013 32 bit and that was the only version that gave me to install the language pack.
thanks for trying to help.
