Hello. I have question i have some MS Office 2010 BOX version i bought it some years ago now i want buy 2016. Its legal to sell this 2010?

Yes. However, whoever buys it from you needs to be aware that, depending on the EULA terms that apply to your Office edition and how many different PCs/laptops you've previously installed it on, they may have to activate it by telephone.
