Default What to backup?

I went to:

Computer>System(C:>Users>MyName>AppData>Local>Micr osoft>Outlook

and found these files:

  • archive-2.pst (2,173,737 KB)
  • Outlook.pst (1,077,081 KB)
  • Outlook.bak (887,857 KB ... 4 months old!)
  • Outlook.log (1,184KB ... also 4 months old)
  • MicrosoftSystemScan_f.... .exe (an app with a long name, 4 months old)
  • ... and some smaller files
  • archive.pst --- tagged Outlook Data File
  • mapisvc.inf --- tagged Setup Infortion
  • and some smaller files plus two folders:
  1. gliding ... empty file folder
  2. RoamCache ... 10 .dat files, all fairly small
QUESTIONS:

What should I backup?
What are no longer needed?
Is storage path the same when going from 2013 to 2016?

Thanks!
