Default Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit

I have 32-bit Office 2013 installed on a Windows 7 Pro system, and wish to replace it with at 64-bit Office 2016. I need to save my Mail, Calendar, and People, Tasks, and Notes.

The software will not let me directly update, so how do I do this?
