Default Addin Errors following Word 2016 update

Hello,
After I have installed your last updating of Microsoft 2016 I could not use my "Compendium Suisse de Medicaments". I receive the message AMKCDO6/ Common Language Runtime Debugging Service
Application has generated an exception that could not be handed.
Process id=0x1514(5396). Thread id=0xcd4(3284)
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
But there is not "CANCEL" buton.
But I need to use this application. What should I do to correct this failure.
Another question:

How to ad another, new values in the diagram from existing table. In old Excel it was very simple, but in this new edition 2016 I can't find the solution.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely kaspa01
