Hello Guys,
I am a new member so here goes my first post. I am trying to install Office 2007 Professional Plus on a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS. I just got the PC recently and it came with a trial version of Office 2007 installed on it. When I launch the Setup.exe for Office, I get the following error message: "Setup could not find any products to install. Please contact your system administrator" I have tried to run the "Setup.exe" file as an administrator and have also tried to run Setup in Windows XP compatibility mode using the "Troubleshoot compatibility" menu. I have searched for this particular problem on the web and I have found a few refences alluding to difficulties in uninstalling office but not for installing it. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, the setup log file included the following error message: LIS: finished parsing LIS package "{90120000-0115-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}" Required add on group: culture does not have a complete set for descriptor: en-us for product: PROPLUS Required add on group culture does not have a complete set of addons for product: PROPLUS A required add on group does not have at least one full match for product: PROPLUS. Removing product from available product choices. Showing parent-less message Title: 'Setup Error', Message: 'Setup could not find any available products to install. Please contact your system administrator.' Message returned: 1 Error: All products do not have a complete add on group that is required for installation Type: IncompleteProductAddOns. Catalyst execution finished: 01/30/2010 16:42:34. Return code: 30026. Exception caught: IncompleteProductAddOns. PERF: TickCount=15110974 Name=RunSetup Description=End function Very frustrating to not to be able to use my shiny new Office 2007 ![]() |

I would go to the web page of the maker of your computer to check out if there has been reported problems, as well as check out any specific forums or help offered there
I would hate to waste time on a problem the company knows about and has an easy solution or can offer you one |

Thanks Z. Tried the manufacturer's website and all. No joy there.

Ouch!
Why don't you download a fresh copy of trial from Microsoft? |

That's stupid advice!!! You should know that you can't just install another copy and expect it to run - the previous trial tags the system to let any future installation know the trial has EXPIRED.
