Office 2010
I am trying create Address label using Avery 18163. I could create each label and then print each label. However, I want to create labels for the whole page and print once. I could not find an option to do that. I tried Avery template. There - it will not let me copy paste the address from my Outlook Contact. Is there a way I could develop a sheet of address Labels and then print once the whole sheet thru Word? |

What you're describing is a label mailmerge, done from Word.

I tried to do that. However, when I try to import addresses from Outlook it came out with a message "Unable to obtain list of tables from the Data source." I eventually copy pasted the addresses from the my Outlook Contact. How do I link the the Contact to Word?
