Default Office 2013

I just upgraded my Laptop to windows 10 and during the upgrade I was told that other than Office 2016 - the older versions are not compatible with 10. Is this correct? If this is correct then Microsoft is pushing 10 so that they could sell there other products. That is wrong. If I knew it - I would not upgrade to 10 from 8.1.

I don't know who told you that - all currently-supported Office versions, except for Office 2010 Starter edition, are compatible with Windows 10. See: http://www.keynotesupport.com/window...ty-chart.shtml
