Default Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook does work anymore

I'm getting totally crazy of all messages of any Office programm that tell me that it does not work anymore. Starting in a safe mode should help, but after starting in a safe mode , and closing, and starting again it tells me the same.

Because it happens to all the programms in Office 2013, I suppose it is a Office problem. As I am using OneDrive it might be ther Office cache, but I really don't know problems of that kind.
Furthermore, my hard drive is near to overflowing, partly because of the size of the Office cache. Please help is needed urgently!!
