Default Using Office to complete and print Forms.

Specifically. I would like to use Office to complete and print a form as well as reference and update data in an existing spreadsheet list. I would also like to be able to include a photo in the printed form. I'm relatively proficient in Excel but I don't know much about using forms or templates. Is there some tutorial for using forms for my specific purpose? Thanks in advance for your advise.

Yes this is doable. You need to look into InfoPath (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath/default.aspx) It will allow you to create forms and also keep track of data entered through the forms. Here's a demo: InfoPath Demo

You might be able to do it in excel, but it would require programming and would most likely cost more to do than to buy InfoPath.
