Unhappy How to post a question on this forum

I haven't been on this forum for years and am having trouble with my password. The auto message keeps saying my email address is invalid, which it is not. I am going to try and ask a question here which I know should have started as a new post but I don't see where that is on the main page. It could be that I'm not completely signed in but I can't sign in.........whoever thought of passwords should be hung out to dry, so frustrating even today!!

Sorry for all my ranting but I've been trying for 30 minutes to log in ##$%^&

Two questions, where is the "new post" page and if I can't get there how do I contact the administrator?

Many thanks!!

Ginny
