If you mean the Office program updates, go to either:
Windows>Start>All Programs>Windows Update>Change settings>Give me updates for Microsoft products...
or:
Windows>Control Panel>System and Security>Windows Update>Change settings>Give me updates for Microsoft products...

Note that making Office updates automatic requires upgrading from Windows Update to Microsoft Update. See image below.

What has that link to do with my post? I did not post any links.

Your screen shot shows you have not upgraded from Windows Update to Microsoft Update. Do you actually have Microsoft Office installed?

The link posted is what happends when i click other updates information.
Sincerely i didn't never give attention if i use Microsoft Update or Windows Update, i can only see only that if use control pannel path or menu star the screen is always the same.

Of course i have office installed

I'm still not sure what your issue is. Perhaps you'll find what you need at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...-update-issues

Well, i wanto to enable the screen that you see here
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2753538/it

Unable Office updates.

Running the update tool from control pannel, or from menu start i arrive always at the same screen (Immagine3.jpg attached)

And clicking on
Updates for other microsoft products i'm redirected http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70156
and appear the Immagine2.jpg attached

And my office has no options to enable update Immgine4.jpg

The registry path suggested in the article you post doesn't exist.... Immagine5

And the cause of all is because when i've started the first time office I've choosed to never update or download update...

So this is my question...how i can restart that wizard...because also uninstalling office and reinstalling it i have the same problem...

That process has nothing to do with Windows Update, or Microsoft Update, which is what I thought you were talking about. It concerns automatic updating for Office 2013 Click-to-Run. Your Registry Editor screenshot indicates that you're looking in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies\Microsoft\Win dows
but you should be looking in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies\Microsoft\Off ice
which isn't there. That situation would ordinarily only arise if you don't have Office installed. If Office is installed, I'd suggest repairing the Office installation (via Start > Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change). That should recreate the required registry entries.
