Keyboard dialog box movment equivalents instead of mouse.

Hi folks,

I'm constantly frustrated by the number of times I have to grab the mouse in newer MS Office apps. How (on the Mac) can I move across dialog box options using only the keyboard?

It takes far too long to grab the mouse each time.
