Having problems upgrading from Office 365 to Office Pro 2013
Recently I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad and installed Office 365 for home. I as not happy with this version and decided to upgrade to Office Pro 2013. I purchased a valid MS license and attempted a download. However, when attempting to run the start program an error message pops up:
"We can't install the 64-bit version of Office because we found the following 32-bit programs on your PC: Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component. Please unistall all 32-bit Office programs, then retry installing 64-bit Office. If you want to install 32-bit Office instead, please run the 32-bit setup." Office 365 was installed on my Lenovo ThinkPad. I am unable to locate the file Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component nor can I locate any Office versions running 32-bit programs. How do I resolve this issue? Should I uninstall Office 365 entirely? - dhauser49 |
