Office 2007 interface problem
Hello,
I've got a problem with my office 2007 interface which got a very odd look and feel. The user interface has changed to a very basic graphical interface, there is also a screenshot attached. I think it's happened after installing some office updates. Any idea on how to fix this without system restoration? |

Not sure what you want to look like, because this looks normal
Are you thinking of how it looks with the Ribbon Minimize? If not, then go to Office Icon > Word Options in the lower right corner > and check out Customize |

It's not normal!
If you look at the screenshot carefully, you'll see that it's displayed as in very old systems with windows 95 low resolution, 256 colors and so on. It's not for MS Word specific, but all my office 2007 applications had became as this. Thanks for replying. |

What I would do is as follows:
If this happened recently, I would go back to the restore point previous to my problem If I am not mistaken, I think the Office install disk has a Repair available, so I would try this Failing this, I would reinstall Office by uninstalling with Revo and select total, because if you do a normal unstall/reinstall Windows remembers previous settings (in its registry) so I would accomplish nothing with the generic unstall/reinstall |
