how do i export accounts in Outlook 2007 Pro. Plus?

To back up the accounts for importing for potential repair or re-installation of office.

I always check out Youtube -- Note the other helps on the right to more specialize what you may want

After YouTube, these are my next steps in resolving an issue

If it is a Microsoft product, I usually use the Bing search engine since it is owned by Microsoft

I also would check out the Outlook Help file for backing up Outlook
