Default Office 2010 uninstalled but still getting Windows Updates

Three months ago, I uninstalled Office 2010 and installed Office 2013.

Yet Windows Update keeps sending me updates to Office 2010. Why?

(I have Windows 7 x64 if that matters.)

The only legacy Office thing I have left on my machine is something called "Microsoft Office Small Business Connectivity Components." I was afraid to uninstall it because I didn't know what it did.

But Windows Update keeps sending me updates to Microsoft Office 2010, so I'm wondering if that could be the reason? What does it do, and can I safely uninstall it?
