Office loading help

Hello,
I am trying to reload my office basic 2007 after un-installing it due to problems
Once I get successfully past the product key enter, the loading just stops with the following error message

"Microsoft Office Basic 2007 encountered an error during setup"

No further messages or error codes

Anybody know what to do as I have no idea
