Default Office 2013 Error Codes 30175-13 and 30027-4

I accidentally uninstalled Office 2013, but used System Restore to go back to when the programs were installed - they are now showing again on Control Panel Programmes (Windows 8.1).

However, clicking on the various icons for Word, Excel etc results in "Something went wrong", and when I try to repair the programmes via the Contol Panel I get error messages (30175-13 for the Quick Repair, 30027-4 for the Online Repair).

What do these mean, and how can I get Office 2013 up and running again?

Any advice appreciated!
