Hello,

I run Win7 ultimate SP1 with latest updates.
I first installed Office2010 pro, but I want to unistall it because I also got a licence of Office2013 (Office365).
But I cannot!
Each time I try to unistall Office2010, Windows shuts down then restarts but Office2010 is left installed.

I also tried some 3rd party app like Revo uninstaller pro, but no way ! same problem!

What can I do? Office 2010 is taking quite a large space on my HD and I really need to clean it!
I am afraid I need a "manual" uninstall, but I don't know what to delete in order to get a clean uninstall.
One more thing: Unfortunately, I cannot use the Office2010 installation CD: I can't read it any more and I can't get another one! => I need to find an uninstall process that doesn't need the installation CD.

Any help is more than welcome!

The uninstallation option in the Windows Control Panel is usually more than sufficient. Your description suggests there are other problems with your Windows installation and you should try to fix that before going any further. Depending on the nature of the problem this may even mean reinstalling Windows (and all your apps) from scratch.

FWIW, many Office users regard the Office 2013/365 interface a backward step and, unless you need to use the new features introduced with Office 2013/365 (which also means you can't share those documents with users of Office 2010 & earlier), you might be better off sticking with Office 2010.
